Doyen tea is sourced from what’s known as the “Golden Valley of Ceylon” which traces its tea planting history back to 1869. Today, the valley produces the finest Ceylon teas and is recognised as a pioneer for sustainable tea growth.

The teas we source are officially 'Climate positive uncompensated' a status only achieved through techniques such as re-forestation, renewable energy and soil preservation whilst also tackling direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions.

Doyen Tea Co. is a specialist in sustainably sourced tea with a reduced carbon footprint. Nothing is overlooked, even down to minute details such as we use vegetable based printing inks used on our recycled packaging. This eco-friendly company was founded in 2019 by a pair of tea enthusiasts called Tony and Augustas, who has trained under some of the UK’s finest Tea Masters. And while many new tea companies are no more than a storm in a teacup, one taste of what Doyen Tea Co, are brewing up is enough to tell you that they will bust right out of the teacup and take the world by storm.
